Reliance Jio Launches 5G Services In Odisha
According to a press release issued by Reliance Jio, it has announced that it has launched its 5G services in the state of Odisha, starting from Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
By the end of February 2023, the Jio 5G network will cover the cities of Berhampur, Rourkela, Sambalpur, Puri, and Balasore that are currently not covered by Jio’s 4G network.
Bhubaneswar and Cuttack are one of the first two cities where Reliance Jio will offer its 5G services.
“Jio True 5G Services will be available in the silver city Cuttack and temple city Bhubaneswa from today,” Reliance Jio said.
As part of the launch ceremony, Union Minister of Education and Skill Development, Entrepreneurship Dharmendra Pradhan and Union Minister of Communications Ashwini Vaishnaw were present.
